WOW!!! Attachment Completed...hahaha.... but on the second day of last days, so sian, so many things happen... A case which need to change the casing and the LCD of back and front cover due to the unit drop it but back cover, they order wrongly so never change . I change finish the LCD front, then after that change the bottom casing, when i dismantle the case, i broke the cable lock on the mainboard, some more the cable is connect to the start up button. I thought the cable lock is push out, then found out that the design of the board had change, should be pull up.. i whole person no mood to do lor. Then i tell the engineer over there, but lucky they never scold me. they only call me try to make it back. If is my metor he confirm scold me one. Lucky he resign liao... After dismantle i change the new casing,i put back all the parts, then for the cable lock, i put the cable in then use scotch tape and tape it. After that i on the power, cannot boot up... so sian...
Then i go do some diy, lucky can boot up liao, but some of the LED light never light up... sian lor... Then i leave it first, go do others things. Then next day, the last day, i ask the engineer got any spare mainboard, lucky he got, because that board, is other customer under warrently, then want to change it because he say the board got problem, then according to the engineer check it. It actually the board no problem want. Then i use back the old one to replace the broken one. After that, everything check. Then it going fine. Then my engineer peter call the user. I send it out.
The customer come and collect, then check the casing, she found out that LCD front cover got scratches. The CSO tell ask, wa... after that my mood change it. I think is that when i distmantle it, replace it or last night kanna one, even myself i also don't know. After that i ask RMA see got anot. But they don't have. Then other CSO come in and say the customer shouting outside and want to see the manager. Then other enginner tell me that this want is a complaint, Then i know it :(.... After that i suggest that call the customer take this one first then the stock come we replace a new one for her. Some more the customer also waiting for LCD back cover as well. Then i tell the manager about it. He say ok. Then RMA supervisor suggest other idea say we sell it to her with discount. Then CSO tell us that this customer attitude were not come back one and confirm no discount she want perfect. Some more she say once she come back again is give complaint letter one. After that lucky is that other engineer over there got one same model and that one is for sale person which need to clone image for school. Then they suggest one on one whole LCD screen exchange. After that problem solve.. For my last day my mood is dam low.... Last day then so many things happening so bad luck. But overall thanks to my manager Jason, Engineer Chin Keng, Peter, Wen Siong, RMA supervisor Boon Teck, RMA Sam and CSO dariy helpping out.... Really Thanks alot...
